Customer service was great and staff were friendly.

I faced multiple issues . The towels and pillows were in short supply, frustrating given that we had planned to use the sofa bed. It also took quite some time for us to get the items we requested, and I found the kitchen supplies in the room were severely lacking.

Stunningly beautiful and modern hotel, stayed here for 2 nights and had a nice experience. I had a clean room with the shower, the couch plus the dishwasher and everything was brand-new. The staff was super friendly, amicable. The location was great because it was close enough to restaurants, grocery stores and grocery stores. I greatly enjoyed this stay.

Upon arrival, I encountered hair on the shower bench and a lack of necessary towels and linens for the sofa bed despite having three guests. The constant noise from the nearby warehouse alarm disrupted sleep both nights, not ideal for rest. Some technical aspects like the thermostat were tricky to adjust.

Check if extra linens for sofa beds are provided in advance. This can save you from a last-minute request.

great service but cleanliness needs attention

The front desk staff, especially Mary G, provided friendly and cute service. Our unexpected upgrade to a King suite. I also appreciated the spacious room and the large breakfast options that catered to different tastes.

It included a nice variety with tasty options. I encountered issues with noise from the highway, quite bothersome. The lighting in the room was tricky. I had to keep the key in the slot for the lights to stay on. The thermostat also gave me some trouble at first, as it was set to a chilly 65 degrees when I arrived. I would have preferred a friendlier system for temperature adjustments.
